Shipping

  • How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

    Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs MondayFriday.

    (If you order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

    Domestic Shipping is 2-3 Business Days or 5-7 Business days depending on your location and availability of product.

    International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

    Orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

Refunds

  • When will I receive my refund?

    A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Immaculate Flavours seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.

    Please include invoice that was included with your original purchase inside your return package.The invoice will include your order number and reason for return.

    You are responsible for all return shipping costs,
    Please email you return tracking number to ImmaculateFlavours@gmail.com along with order number from your invoice. ImmaculateFlavours will not be responsible for lost returns.

  • May I return my order?

    Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7)DAYS after you received your order. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.You must contact us first at ImmaculateFlavours@gmail.com before returning your purchase.Returns must be within the seven (7) day return period. All Immaculate Flavours Hair must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns if the Immaculate Flavors hair seal on the hair has been broken!
